Wednesday, July 16
9:00 am to 5:00 pm - Courses open for inspection*
5:00 pm - Beginner Best MTB Fest - Free Entry for beginner ride clinics with Team Trek and Norco.  Rentals available, Tech Tips, Food and Expo

TREK Wednesday Night Race Series

A fun mass start event run each Wednesday night with the races starting at 7:00 pm.

Thursday, July 17 - Canadian Championships XCE*
9:00 am to 4:00 pm - Courses open for inspection*
   Cadet Expert, Jr Expert, U23 and Elite Riders must register by 5:00 pm. UCI/CCA rules state these riders must pre-register at least 48 hrs in advance, and sign in and pick up race package by 5:00 pm Friday July 18.
   1:00 pm - Race Office open for Elimination event - Entry deadline for XCE, Monday July 14
   4:00 pm - XCE Canadian Championships Eliminator Qualifying
6:00 pm - XCE Canadian Championships Eliminator Heats and Finals
   7:15 pm - XCE Awards
   7:30 pm - Riders and Press meeting and interviews

* Important Race Notes
  • Pre-ridingRace courses will be signed and open for inspection 2 weeks prior, during regular hours of operation only. All riders must purchase a daily facility ticket. Starting July 18 there is discounted trail fee for riders who have pre-registered. 
  • Licencing. All riders must have proof of appropriate licencing to participate. See Insurance page for details
  • All Non-Ontario riders must hold a valid UCI Licence. Contact your provincial association for details. Non-Ontario riders cannot purchase a one-day permit.
  • All OCA/CCA and UCI rules and regulations will apply for this event. It is the riders responsibility to be aware of these rules.
  • Parking Fee: There is no parking charge for participating riders. A $2.00 per person spectator donation will be requested by the Non-Profit Development Program .  Children 12 and under are free.
